TEXTBOOK RETURN POLICY - Undergraduate & Graduate

Returns are accepted on eligible purchases with a receipt and if the item is in the same condition as purchased.

Student Identification is required for all returns.

FALL & SPRING SEMESTERS

The last day to return textbooks for 100% refund is within the first week of each semester. Items must be in the same condition as purchased. Textbooks cannot be used by the student and then returned. Course kits have been printed especially for you and they are not returnable for refund or exchange. Students who miss these return deadlines are welcome to check the buyback list at the end of each semester to see if those textbooks are available for buyback.

EARLY FALL & EARLY SPRING SESSIONS

The last day to return textbooks for 100% refund is the first day of class. Items must be in the same condition as purchased. Textbooks cannot be used by the student and then returned. Course kits have been printed especially for you and they are not returnable for refund or exchange.

SUMMER SESSIONS

The last day to return textbooks for 100% refund is the first day of class. Items must be in the same condition as purchased. Textbooks cannot be used by the student and then returned. Course kits have been printed especially for you and they are not returnable for refund or exchange.

For textbooks returned after the last day of any of the above sessions, the most credit you can receive is 50% of the original price paid. These returns must be approved by a manager, and any refund will apply to your Bookstore Debit Account.

RETURNS POLICY – Adult Learning

The “course materials fee” charged to student accounts for each course includes all books and materials distributed to students. Refunds are only available for those students who drop a course if all books and materials are returned in the original condition before the course begins.

Course materials are non-returnable and not available for exchange; they are yours to keep or give away at your discretion. The Bookstore is a distributor of the materials and is not responsible for the charges to your student account.
